Quality Care & Operational Excellence

Two friends sharing a bench

Parker identifies four domains of practice, supporting our Quality Care & Operational Excellence initiatives:
  • Transparency - Operate in a compliant and ethical manner with our stakeholders and the community.
  • Delivery of Superior Care and Services - Identify and cultivate talented individuals to deliver care and services, providing those individuals with the right systems and tools to enable them to deliver exceptional care and services. Hold ourselves accountable by measuring our success and challenging ourselves to constantly improve.
  • Culture of Operational Excellence - Create a culture that cares for and nurtures both our elders and employees; a culture of person-directed care, creativity, innovation, and ongoing opportunity for continued personal growth.
  • Transformative Care – Remain an industry leader, sharing our learned lessons, knowledge, expertise, and experience with others in the field.
