Soffy Vilson joined Parker as Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in 2017, marking three decades of her career in senior care services. She is an inspiring and energetic leader who is passionate about fostering environments that promote quality elder care.
 
As CNO, Soffy is responsible for overseeing and coordinating Parker’s nursing department and daily operation to ensure that optimal and excellent care is provided to our elders. She is dedicated to set standards of excellence in autonomous and accountable nursing practice, advocating a climate of evidence-based practice, and advancing interdisciplinary collaboration. 
 
Soffy currently serves as the President of the Indian Nurses Association of New Jersey (AAIN NJ2) and is a member of NADONA. Through her eloquent and engaging public speaking, Soffy has presented at national conferences such as the Relias Impact Nation Conference in 2017 and on the Steve Adubato show on Channel 12. She also volunteers for the Community Food Bank of New Jersey and Karuna Charities in New York City.
 
Soffy is an accomplished academic who has earned a master’s degree in Nursing from Kean University and a Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree from Monmouth University. She is also Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and a Certified Dementia Practitioner.
 
Soffy resides in Woodbridge, New Jersey with her husband, son and daughter.
