WHAT MAKES PARKER SPECIAL
Parker is a
501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization with a
mission "to discover ways to make aging manageable, relatable, and enriching for all of society" and a
vision to "make aging part of life." We believe that age is much more than just a number. We have discovered that for many of the people we serve, one's later years can be a vital time of discovering new things, enjoying new friendships, and participating in the society around us. Rather than having society tell older folks what they
can't do, at Parker we help them to do
more of what they want to do.
Years of experience has taught us that excellent, personalized service begins with taking the time to hire the best caregivers and invest in training, continuing education, and an environment of empowerment and respect. As a result, our employee retention rate is unparalleled in the field. It's for these reasons we consistently rank in the 90th percentile for resident, family, and employee satisfaction in annual peer surveys. Parker is a strong family. We support each other and our employees; we believe in recognizing talent and taking training seriously.
