Q: What is an Adult Day Center Program?
A: This is program, licensed by the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services, designed to meet the needs of functionally and/or cognitively impaired adults. Under clinical supervision, these programs provide preventative, diagnostic, therapeutic, and rehabilitation services, including personal care, to program participants.
Parker at The Pavilion and
Parker at Monroe Adult Day Center offers participants a day program consisting of therapeutic services, including intergenerational opportunities, free access to the outdoors, an individualized plan of care, and supportive services that will be available for the participants and their caregivers. Participants are able to attend two or more full-day programs during the week. The goal of the program is to promote the optimal well-being of participants by providing health-related services in a safe, warm, social, and structured environment.
Q: What are Hours of Operation?
A: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM
Q: What Services are offered to the Participants?
A: Nursing services, therapeutic recreation, case management/counseling, personal care, individualized nutritionally balanced midday meals and snack, transportation, and rehabilitation services
Q: What Amenities of The Pavilion are offered to the Participants?
A: Amenities offered by The Pavilion include the Center for Healthy Aging (on-site geriatric specialists), Rehabilitation, salon and spa aervices, a state-of-the-art fitness center, the country store and a movie theater.
Q: What is the make-up of program Staff Members?
A: Director of the program, registered nurses, social workers, recreation coordinators, certified nursing assistants and drivers.
Q: Who is Eligible to Attend the Program?
A: The program is open to Parker residents, seniors on the Parker Registry, and seniors that reside within the community.
Q: What is the Enrollment Process?
A: The enrollment process includes an application, medical forms to be completed by the participant’s physician, and a home assessment. Please complete an inquiry form and an information folder will be sent to you.
Q: What is the cost of the program?
