Parker Leaders Offer Expertise in LeadingAge Publication on IT

Parker not only serves as the gold standard in organizations providing long-term care services.  We also play a prominent role in national conversations on changes, challenges, and aspirations in the field.

A new workbook published by the national association of non-profit aging services providers, LeadingAge, features one chapter authored by and a second chapter co-authored by three Parker leaders –President and CEO Roberto Muñiz, Chief Operating Officer Donna Lazartic, and Senior Director of Support Services Rick Mallia. This publication, Strategic Planning and Strategic IT Planning for Long Term and Post-Acute Care Providers: A “How To” Workbook, provides much-needed guidance to long-term care executives seeking to respond to and responsibly plan for the growing information technology needs in their organizations.

Mr. Muñiz, Mrs. Lazartic, and Mr. Mallia wrote the workbook’s second chapter, “Overview of Strategic Planning and Strategic IT Planning,” and contributed to the third chapter, “ Governance Structure and Role of the Chief Information Officer.”

Parker is proud that the expertise of our senior leaders is featured in this authoritative national publication and hope that it contributes to improved IT efforts across the aging services field.
