Parker at Monroe Adult Day Center provides varied and vibrant activities that encourage and motivate seniors to stay connected to their peers and bring meaning and enjoyment to their days. For those who need it, we also offer individualized medication administration from a registered nurse, support services provided by a social worker, and personal and therapeutic care for adults with cognitive and/or physical needs.

Parker at Monroe Adult Day Center features a large group space, small-group activity spaces, a theater, soothing quiet areas, a media center and a beauty salon. It is staffed with an administrator, an RN, social worker, activities coordinator and certified nursing assistants, all of whom are committed to meeting the needs of our program participants. Our nursing staff and social worker act as liaisons with each participant’s primary care physician from which we create an individualized plan of care to provide the best possible medical care, from blood pressure checks to medication management.

Your loved one will also benefit from peer relationships and socialization. The program also provides nutritious meals and snacks, transportation, enjoyable activities and events.

Financial assistance may be available through Medicaid, Jersey Assistance Community Caregiving (JACC), Middlesex and Monmouth County Respite, Middlesex County Multi Assistance Program (MCMAP), NJ Alzheimer’s grant and Veteran’s Affairs (VA) grant.
